As we celebrate yet another "Hallmark Holiday" where corporate America conveys the notion that if you don't do something for that special person in your life this particular day, you clearly do not appreciate them. Listen to me corporate America, I have four special someones in my life and I show them what they mean to me everyday. I try to show my love everyday, but today, we are going with the chocolates and candies, breakfast sandwiches, potato pancakes, and fruit.
